My Fantasy Habitat

This week in science we had to pick a animal to research about. We had to find out what our animal of out choice, ate, what Biome it lives in, and what other plants and animals there too. I picked a jaguar. After we researched what we needed to know about our animal's biome, we had to draw a picture of it. We had to include all there other plants and animals that shared the habitat. After we drew our picture we were so post to add a caption saying what were the biotic and abiotic things in our illustration.

While searching up info for my animal, the jaguar, i learned lots of stuff. One thing i learned was that Jaguars eats small crocodiles! i never knew that, i thought that the sharp scales on their backs would make it very hard for an other animal to eat them. I also learned what the words biome, biotic, and abiotic mean. A biome is a huge habitat, biotic means anything in the biome that's living (ex. tall grass, trees deer), and Abiotic things are objects that are not living (ex. rocks, rivers, rich soil).
